On the first Monday of each month, women across a growing number of cities walk, talk, and reset together before the workday begins.

No awkward icebreakers. Just fresh air and great chats with other women building lives that feel as good as they look.

What’s the plan?

You’ll meet your host Ash outside the Art Gallery Cafe before heading off on a relaxed walk.
