RESET & Relax is your five-class self-care series of body-breath-mind sequences that you can learn to practice anywhere, anytime.

Each week we meet via zoom or in-person in Townsville.

You will receive an information email and a zoom link each Friday prior to our live Saturday morning session.

Support resources are also included.
