To help your clients succeed, REINT is hosting an in-person session and webinar on “Leasing Disputes 101 – be Match Fit for NTCAT”.

This session is the first instalment of a three-part Residential Masterclass Series targeted at giving members practical knowledge in the area of leasing contracts, disputes and hot topics hosted by a commercial lawyer and litigator.

Join us on Tuesday, 28 November 2023 at 9:30am (Darwin) when Sarah Sharkey (Managing Partner of Sharkey Law) will provide:

• an overview of the key steps in the alternate dispute resolution process;
• a high-level overview of the key steps in the litigation process;
• an overview of the litigation process in NTCAT;
• common areas of litigation for property managers;
• risks in a contract of sale of land for agents;
• being “Match Fit” for litigation;
• the common pitfalls of litigation;

Following the presentation, there will be a live Q&A. If you cannot make it, you can still register and we will send you a copy of the recording.
