Resilience and Mental Health Camp - July 2023

A camp focused on equipping participants with the necessary skills to develop better resilience, as well as education around mental health, and general health and wellbeing.

We will talk about issues such as resilience, self-esteem and stress management, in addition to the awesome activities!

Important Information

Camp Location: The Paddock. Williams Road - off Popanyinning West Road, Cuballing - Pingelly Region.
Drop off: To be confirmed
Pick up: To be confirmed
Note: Armed For Life will arrange transport to camp location to and from the pick up and drop off point.

What to bring to Camp

Warm sleeping bag and pillow
Warm clothes
Beanie
Towel
Torch
Hat and sun cream
Toiletries
Good walking shoes
Old clothes to dirty

Get in quick - places are strictly limited to 40 only.

Please note:

Phones are permitted, but only in free time.
Food is prepared by a nutritionist so dietary requirements are taken into consideration, you will be prompted when registering to confirm.
All medication MUST be handed into the Camp First Aid Officer before the camp begins to be checked off. Some Medications like asthma puffers will be carried by the student.
Reminders will be sent a few weeks before the camp date to confirm all of the information above.
