Resilience First Aid (RFA) is a double-accredited, peer-reviewed mental health certification that teaches you strength-based skills to build resilience in others. You will learn how to spot signs of low resilience, learn language to talk proactively, and skills that build resilience.

Resilience First Aid is a high-impact course that teaches you practical skills alongside the latest neuroscience of preventative mental health. What’s unique are the resources that you take away. This is what’s included:

3 Year Certification

2x2hr face-to-face Zoom sessions for the Primer and Closing Session and 10 hrs self paced learning to be completed over 3 weeks. Closing Session will be on the 14th of July 2025 at 11am on ZOOM.
Get a digital certificate along with acknowledgement of 14 hours of continuing professional development training hours completed
Certificate valid for 3 years, with option to renew your certification with a 1-day refresher training at the end of the 3 years

Driven Resilience App

12 months FREE access to the accredited Driven Resilience App with full mental health and resilience training courses
This is a comprehensive digital resource that includes daily resilience-building activities to continue learning beyond the certification
Use the AI-powered chatbot to track your progress and chat each day, along with quick techniques for in-the-moment help, as well as detailed training for larger goals

PR6 Resilience Report

Receive an individual PR6 report to learn about your resilience strengths and focus areas to build your resilience before and after the training to track your progress
The PR6 is a validated resilience assessment that you’ll get access to complete through the Driven Resilience App once you are certified
