In hospitality, pressure and unpredictability are constant. With it's fast pace, high guest expectations, and team management, resilience isn't just helpful, it's essential. This is especially true in times of turbulence and change, where the ability to adapt and stay grounded becomes critical.

This powerful workshop offers an opportunity for hospitality professionals to access insights and practical tools to strengthen resilience in both work and life.

Presented by Sarah Robb, a certified coach and counsellor with a passion for mental transformation, she will guide us through practical strategies to strengthen mindset and equip us with tools we can use right away.
