The Resilience Lab is where kids experiment with thoughts, creativity and feelings.  It is designed to help children understand and manage their emotions while cultivating an attitude of gratitude. Our afterschool program harnesses the power of art to foster emotional well-being. Through self-expression in activities like drawing, painting and sculpting, children find a unique outlet to articulate and process their emotions, express gratitude and think with a growth mindset attitude.

Strength Heroes Resilience Workshops:

Our innovative workshops focus on building emotional resilience and fostering a growth mindset. Unlike traditional methods, we believe in the power of art and play-based learning to ignite children's curiosity and make the process engaging and enjoyable.

What to Expect

Every week, your child will embark a variety of hands-on art activities. From painting and sculpting to drawing, construction, and printing, each session will be a canvas for self-expression and creativity.

This series is for kids of ALL abilities.  All that is required is a “I can try” attitude. Kids should be ready to have some creative adventures.   Booking fee includes a FREE Mindful Art Journal Kit to work on during the series and to continue their creativity after the series finishes.

Contact us if you would like to join mid term. Prorata fees will apply.
