Event description

Join us at Anglesea Art Space for a FREE workshop in celebration of International Women’s Day. Open to women and those who identify as women, this session invites participants to reflect on the resilience of the heart—what it carries, how it heals, and the importance of caring for it.

Guided by Sarah Molnar (Art of the Minds), participants explore meditation, writing, and hand-sewing techniques to create a small textile artwork that represents their heart’s journey. Whether it feels full, free, heavy, or healing, this is their opportunity to reimagine and express its strength.

Set within the powerful ‘Resilience’ exhibition, curated by Sandy Mahon, this workshop offers a calm, supportive space to connect, create, and celebrate the resilience within us all.
