Resilient Leadership for Better Staff Support

This interactive online workshop supports CHSP leaders to build capability and confidence in leading through ongoing aged care reform and industry change.

Participants will develop practical leadership skills to recognise and respond to staff stress and distress, strengthen resilience within teams, and provide effective support to staff delivering care to older people.
