Resin Pouring: Ocean Boards

Join us for a relaxing and creative Sunday afternoon at our Studio in Myaree for our ocean cheese boards workshop! In this class we teach you how to use resin for the first time and go through the steps to re-create these beautiful oceanic cheese boards—perfect for entertaining!

Our studio in Myaree is BYO drinks, so please don't forget to bring a beverage to paint with. We encourage you to pair your drink with one of our delicious grazing boxes you can select as an 'add-on' when booking to help you get in the creative zone.

What you need to know:

Where: The Cab Canvas Studio (2/17 Hulme Court, Myaree)

When: Sunday the 19th of February, 2023

Time: Arrive at 1:45pm for a 2.00pm start

Duration: Class will run for approximately 1.5—2 hours

Please note, when resin is mixed it creates a chemical reaction that releases toxins. These can be harmful for pregnant woman or those with respiratory issues. This workshop is also not suitable for children.

Pickup:

You will need to leave the boards to cure overnight and collect your artworks the following week 9:00am - 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Please note, due to storage limitations, we are only able to hold your work for 7 days. Please get in touch if you need to make pick up outside of these times.

What to bring:

We recommend wearing clothes you don't mind getting resin on... just in case!

Our artist will walk you through the process step-by-step whilst offering suggestions on how to individualise your artwork. Anyone and everyone is welcome, no prior painting experience required.
