My name is Nikki, and my passion for sound healing and Yoga Nidra emerged from having to find new ways to recover from a serious spinal injury . Through sound and deep relaxation like Yoga Nidra, I discovered the power of vibrations and different sound frequencies to support healing, reduce stress, and restore balance—a practice I now like to share with others.

As a Sound Therapy Practitioner, Holistic Counsellor, Reiki Level 2 and Yoga Teacher, I believe that practitioners don’t heal others—we simply act as conduits, guiding individuals toward their own healing potential.

By integrating Yoga Nidra and sound healing with holistic therapy, I offer a unique blend of vibrational , breathwork, and mindfulness-based practices. I collaborate and facilitate individual and group sound healing sessions, using instruments such as crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes to create immersive soundscapes that encourage deep relaxation, energetic clearing, and emotional release.

Passionate about educating others, as part of my Gold Mind Counselling services I also offer workshops exploring the science and spirituality of sound, empowering people to harness sound as a tool for self-care and transformation. My down to earth and warm grounded approach creates a safe, nurturing space for relaxation and self-discovery.

A unique benefit of attending my sound baths is that I have a background in counselling, allowing participants to feel fully supported and if needed a follow up after sessions can be booked to explore your experiences and curiosity for further self-development.
