Understanding Cacao Medicine and Holistic Healing:

Cacao, in its pure, unprocessed form, is a nutrient-rich superfood served as a warm, vegan beverage. Unlike processed chocolate, it supports holistic wellness and contributes to sustainable farming, women’s empowerment, and cultural preservation in Samoa. Holistic healing treats the whole person—physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional—to promote overall balance.

Understanding Sound Therapy and Healing:

Sound therapy has been used for thousands of years to heal and alter consciousness. Leilana will guide you into deep relaxation using various instruments. While scientific research is growing, the profound benefits are best experienced directly.

What to Bring:

Yoga Mat or similar (not larger than a yoga mat)
Cushion (for sitting, under head, or knees)
Light Blanket
Eye Mask
