and a key for unlocking the world within.

A workshop supporting you to not only find your voice,

but falling back in love with your deeper connection to yourself as an instrument and returning home to the innate musicality that resides in us all….

A time to:

- Drop into diverse ways of listening

- Feel safe in stating the expressive process from nothing

- Tap into the potential lying dormant inside

- Accessing and improvise from your internal castle and kingdom

- Cultivating and excavate your inner world using voice and play as the vehicles
