Resonance String Orchestra present FALLING INTO STARLIGHT: a kaleidoscope of music

Resonance String Orchestra's 2026 Annual Concert 'Falling Into Starlight' marks the culmination of an 18month residency with the Flinders Quartet, whose cellist, Zoe Knighton is our Artistic Patron.
This is the big city musical experience you can be part of in regional Victoria!
FQ have worked with all sections of the orchestra and will perform alongside us, be soloists with us, and perform as a string quartet. They have commissioned a work from Robert McIntyre for us to play, and will play a work for string quartet that they commissioned from Naomi Dodd.
Elizabeth Sellars, violin and Helen Ireland, viola will be soloists in the third movement of Mozart's Sinfonia Concertante, arranged especially for us by our Music Director, Emma Wade.
The concert includes performances by Resonance String Orchestra, Resonance String Quartet, Apprenti Strings, Resonance Advanced Strings AND Flinders Quartet.
