Resonance: The Embodied Voice
Description
Come home to your voice ...
A luxurious two-night women’s retreat for embodied confidence, authentic expression and meaningful connection
Perhaps you’ve spent so much time responding to the needs and expectations of others that it has become difficult to hear yourself.
Perhaps you know what you want to say, but something makes you hesitate, hold back or question yourself.
This retreat is an invitation to step away from everyday demands, slow down and reconnect with the voice that is already yours.
Our voice is shaped by both our physiology and lived experience. The way we breathe, move and regulate our nervous system influences how freely we express ourselves. When we reconnect with the body and better understand how the voice works, authentic expression can become easier—not because we have learned to perform, but because we have gently removed some of the barriers that were getting in the way.
Across two restorative nights, you’ll explore meditation, mindful walking, breathwork, somatic bodywork, voice practices and supportive mindset work. There will also be time for rest, reflection, conversation and connection—and the freedom and joy of a silent disco.
Your retreat setting
Your home for the weekend will be The Gables, a gracious, character-filled country residence set on three beautiful acres in the leafy surrounds of Belgrave.
More than 100 years old, this spacious heritage home offers a rare combination of historic charm, generous proportions and relaxed luxury. High ceilings, large bedrooms, deeply comfortable beds, inviting shared spaces and established gardens create an atmosphere that feels both indulgent and welcoming.
With the national park nearby and beautiful walks beginning from the property, The Gables is an ideal setting in which to breathe more deeply, move gently and leave the pace of everyday life behind.
The luxury of this retreat isn’t only found in the surroundings. It is also in having time and space for yourself: time to rest, to be cared for, to enjoy nourishing meals, to connect with other women and to listen to what has been waiting beneath the noise.

You’ll be supported to
slow down and listen to yourself again
recognise physical and emotional patterns that may be holding you back
connect more deeply with your needs, feelings and inner knowing
develop greater confidence in expressing what you truly think and feel
explore your voice without pressure, judgement or the need to perform
discover practical tools to support your breathing, nervous system and communication
experience the encouragement of being seen and heard by other women
reconnect with playfulness, freedom and joy
You’ll be welcomed into a warm, supportive women-only environment where you can participate at your own pace. Alongside the guided experiences, there will be opportunities to enjoy the house and gardens, get to know other women, share openly and leave feeling grounded, encouraged and inspired.
