Resonant Chrysalis - Feat Cy Gorman and Christian Dimarco

Resonant Chrysalis is an emerging event container and creative label blending ceremonial space-making, transcendental and tantric music practice combined with invitations to voice, body and breath expression.

Featuring Cy Gorman (Lead Facilitator/Vocals/Sax/Synth), Christian Dimarco (Didg/Flutes/Drones) + special guest percussion, Resonant Chrysalis is more than a passive sound healing journey. It is a spontaneously facilitated and engaged dynamic meditation process of breath, voice and body. Resonant Chrysalis is not a mere performance, with songs that start and end... Instead, we drop into the eternal moment and allow a cocoon of TUNING to enliven our sensuality and creativity and to bring forth and reveal expressive forms of resonance into being.

Cy's Fae facilitation; elvish invitations of breath and body, blending vocal and multi-instrumental languages weaves mystic soul vibes into being. Christian's Didgeridoos resonate deeply; Ancient earthy tones that ground our energy. Percussion and collective breath/body-work tap into our synchronizing heart rhythms, inviting us to surrender and celebrate the beat of our spirit's drum in a shared spectrum of primal patterning. 

Amidst the peaks of sonic enchantment, there will be room to rest in the valleys of tranquility, integrating and healing - bathing in the gentle vibration of Prana House's 'Shiva Temple' ambiance. As the different colours of resonance wash away the burdens of the day, your soul can expand into peace and serenity. Bodies sway in rhythm, minds wander in reverie, and spirits soar and settle in ecstatic and gentle communion.

You may want to eat a light dinner before coming, but to ground us, there with complimentary steaming cups of chai that soothe the throat and warm the heart and belly. Share embraces and stories between strangers turned friends. Recognize and bring attention to your playful inner child, and remember the simple joys of being alive and surrounded by the beauty of uplifting musical tantra and community.

Bring cushions and blankets! Bring offerings to charge up our collective alter (you can of course take back your items offering when the event concludes). In short, bring anything you feel you need to allow yourself to both rest or release!! You could bring drawing materials or books to read or write in! Whatever items that you love that bring you joy and nurture your creativity!
