Resonate & Recentre: Mandala Art and Sound Bath Workshop

WOC Skill Collective, in partnership with Divinage, invite you to a gentle evening of guided mandala art and sound bath experience.

At WOCSC, we endeavor to provide our community with a safe space to slow down, reflect, and learn skills that empower us to practice mindfulness, stress management and intentional rest amidst the chaos of it all. Our environments are often dominated by the need to multi-task, fit in, and succeed in discomfort. This session is an opportunity to practice rest, and take home some skills to help you slow down when you need it the most.

We’ll open with a warm welcome, settle into a guided and expressive mandala art session to explore pattern, and meaning, then immerse in sound bath meditation for deep relaxation and calm.

The idea is to look inward, resonate and recenter! At the end of the session you leave with your own mandala, a calmer nervous system, clearer intentions, and a few new sisters in your corner!

Who it’s for
Women of colour - including but not limited to migrant women and women from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Wellness seekers, art lovers, anyone craving calm, mindfulness, or a gentle reset.

What you need to know:

You don't need any mandala or sound bath experience for this, just come as you are. All mandala supplies and sound bath equipment will be provided. Wear something cozy and be ready to unwind :)
