What if, for a little while, there was nothing to do?

This month, we’re creating more space for slower tempo, stillness, listening and receiving, with an extended immersive sound journey at the heart of the evening.

A chance to slow the pace, settle into the space and see what comes when we allow ourselves to simply be.

Sound can create a beautiful space for this. Immersed in music, vibration and stillness, our attention can naturally move away from the noise around us and towards what we’re experiencing in the moment.

Your evening includes:

🍫 Shared cacao experience – arrive, settle in and set your intentions with Hannah.

🎶 Conscious movement – a slower-tempo musical journey with Matty, creating space to connect with your body, move gently and feel into the vibrations of the music.

🔊 Extended immersive sound journey – allowing the movement and music to naturally settle into a spacious, deeply relaxing sound experience with the wonderful Bina, inviting you to listen, receive and rest.

There will be less emphasis on high tempo dance this month and more time to slow down, connect with the body and immerse yourself in the sound journey.

This is a judgement-free, welcoming space with no right way to move or experience the evening.

Simply wear comfortable clothing, bring a water bottle, and anything that will help you feel cosy and supported while lying on the floor.

Limited tickets this month so we can keep the group small and ensure everyone has plenty of space to get comfortable and fully immerse themselves in the sound journey.
