RESONATE with Reezy is back for its' fourth installment! Come fill your cup in an intimate evening with songs from local singer-songwriters at Subsdance Dance Studio.
Supporting Acts:
Jasper Burfoot: Jasper has embraced music late in life discovering the joy of music at age 60.Now 64 he writes and performs songs that are silly and slightly comical to reflect his offbeat view of the world.He is the lead singer in the band Indie Quirky and plays the ukulele and the electric guitar.
Tammy Pinto: A salve for the slightly chipped, for the over-thinkers and the sensitive souls living everyday miracles and tragedies. That is what you find in the music of Tammy Pinto, a gentle but powerful newcomer to the Canberra music scene. Evocative of Bic Runga, Clare Bowditch, Lisa Mitchell and Sarah Blasko, the beautiful melodies will linger in your head for days.
Tammy has achieved airplay on a number of radio stations including 2XX Canberra. She has performed at the Smith’s Alternative National Anti-Folk Festival, Strong Female Lead and the George Harcourt Inn’s Sing For Your Supper Fest.
In September 2021, the Australian Independent Record Labels Association selected Tammy for the 2021/22 intake of the Women in Music mentoring program.
Tammy’s début EP, We’re not okay, will be released in November 2021.
