Resonating Circles - Gong Bath at The Lotus Centre

Join Nick for his second time at The Lotus Centre for a 75 minute gong bath, featuring three large Paiste Gongs, full moon tibetan bowls, and various small instruments. Nick's gong baths can have the effect of soothing the nervous system, helping put you in an 'alpha and theta' brainwave state, while the music is a seamless blend of drones are played gently, and never gets too loud or aggressive.

Nick starts the event with a 15-minute yoga nidra to help you settle into your space and relax into the music.

The Yoga room is up on the top floor, and there's plenty of on site parking. Looking forward to seeing you there!
