'Resourceful Living: Thriving at Home' is a virtual event that is volunteer-based to raise funds for a small charity called ‘Alex Makes Meals'. The event will teach us all to make better use of the resources we have in our homes, with the aims of improving sustainability and preventing over consumption.

Alex Makes Meals is an Australian charity starting in 2020 after covid-19 became an issue and they are dedicated to easing the burden of food insecurity for thousands of people, especially during these challenging times.

About the event:
'Resourceful Living: Thriving at Home' will be both fun and educational. It will begin with a resourceful cooking class that aims to utilize the sorts of common ingredients that we all have sitting in our pantries but may have forgotten about. The cooking class is followed by a special guest panel providing insight on living resourcefully; everything about sustainability, reducing waste/consumption, and being mindful of our environment.
