Burnout is real and all too common - but does it have to be part of our project cycle? Join us to learn how we can design our project economy to be transparent and realistic, helping us stay within our human and resource capacity to deliver.

Natalie invites us into the world of project management and guides us through tools which help us create organisational systems that work for our unique projects.

About the facilitator

Natalie, also known as Na, is a regenerative designer, mud builder, and artist dedicated to nurturing the human potential to regenerate our world. She believes in the power of the individual, respects the interbeing of life and sees the world as a web of connections. This results in a holistic approach to life and work, embodying regenerative action with creativity, compassion and generosity.

She grew up in a family business and worked in UK financial services sector for over 15 years in various roles including; actuarial assistant, Financial Planner, LEAN practioner, project manager, Operations director. Combining this experience with permaculture and systems design thinking, Na helps regenerative projects build resilience into their design.
