We believe that working skilfully and sustainably begins with YOU.

This event is designed to create the conditions to release the day, resource your system and help connect you back to yourself after a full day of supporting others.

Who we are:

At Limbr we are deeply passionate about conversations, trainings and events that provide an opportunity for health professionals to work more with more resources and sustainability.

What to expect:

An invitational guided practice offering nervous system regulation, using movement, mindfulness and breath-work.

This practice will create the conditions to support your system after a day of work, to release stress and fatigue and to resource you to feel more grounded, present and at ease.

A trauma sensitive, invitational and accessible practice suitable for all bodies and neurotypes.

The practice will be recorded and sent to you if you cannot attend in person.
