Do you spend your days supporting others?

Working in health and care can be deeply meaningful... and also deeply taxing. Even the most rewarding work can deplete our inner reserves.

At Limbr, we believe that working skilfully and sustainably begins with you.

Resourcing for Health Professionals is a free, one-hour somatic practice designed to support health professionals, facilitators, and carers to gently come back to themselves after a full day of holding space for others.

What to Expect

A guided, trauma-sensitive somatic practice, grounded in nervous system regulation through movement, mindfulness, and breathwork.

We’ll create the conditions for your body to soften, your system to settle, and your presence to return.
No experience needed. The practice is accessible, invitational, and suitable for all bodies and neurotypes.

Who It’s For

Health professionals (allied health, mental health, clinical, community)
Movement + wellbeing facilitators
Carers in any capacity
Anyone who gives care and could use a moment to receive it
