The ACT Government Respect, equity and diversity (RED) Framework is a central part of the government’s commitment to creating a positive workplace. This half-day course is for anyone working for or with the ACT Public Service. It is suitable for ASO level (or equivalent) staff, casual employees and contractors. The course is participative, using group discussions to bring out learning messages. Our facilitators focus on practical approaches to respect, equity and diversity, so that this important topic is covered in an engaging and meaningful way.
