    Event description

Respect and Equity in the Early Years

Join us for a learning forum aimed at enhancing the implementation of a 'whole of service approach' to Respect and Equity in Early Years Settings.

Bringing together experts including Lauren French from Body Safety Australia, Lydia McFetridge an early childhood educator and Sally Rossiter a Senior Health Promotion Officer, this webinar seeks to boost the knowledge and confidence of practitioners, staff, and managers who work with and within early years services.

We want to foster a deeper understanding and support system for Respectful Relationships education, complementing the Department of Education and Training's 4-year-old kindergarten teacher professional development. This will be a great opportunity to learn about building more inclusive and equitable early years services.

    Who should attend:

    • Health Promotion practitioners
    • Early Childhood Directors and Educators
    • Council Early Learning Managers and officers
    • Best Start Coordinators
    • Supported Playgroup Coordinators
    • Department of Education and Training RR liaisons.
