Join Lanie and Belinda of Queer Yoga Naarm for a Sunday afternoon of self-connection, body kindness, and community. This two-hour session invites you to explore your relationship with your body in a laid-back and supportive environment.

Expect breathwork, trauma-informed movement for all bodies, meditation, heart-centered chats, delicious snacks, and warming chai. Together, we'll reflect on societal conditioning around our bodies and explore ways to release patterns that no longer serve us. We will endeavor to offer more warmth appreciation and friendliness towards our bodies.

Our intention is for you to feel more connected to your body and supported by a like-minded queer community. All activities are optional—come exactly as you are.
