Event description
Join Lanie and Belinda of Queer Yoga Naarm for a Sunday afternoon of self-connection, body kindness, and community. This two-hour session invites you to explore your relationship with your body in a laid-back and supportive environment.
Expect breathwork, trauma-informed movement for all bodies, meditation, heart-centered chats, delicious snacks, and warming chai. Together, we'll reflect on societal conditioning around our bodies and explore ways to release patterns that no longer serve us. Â We will endeavor to offer more warmth appreciation and friendliness towards our bodies.
Our intention is for you to feel more connected to your body and supported by a like-minded queer community. All activities are optional—come exactly as you are.
