Rest & Create: a Weekend of Yoga, Art & Nature

Escape to beautiful Clayton Bay, South Australia, for a relaxed weekend designed to help you slow down, recharge and reconnect through gentle yoga, creativity and nature.

Rest & Create is about giving yourself permission to step away from everyday demands and enjoy a weekend with space to breathe, make, explore and simply be.

Across the weekend, Robyn from VistaArt Therapies will guide a range of nature-based and creative experiences, which may include nature journalling, eco-art, mindful nature connection and meditative slow stitching inspired by the natural world.

Sophie from EcoSoul Experiences will lead gentle yoga sessions, suitable for different levels of experience, as well as a relaxed weaving activity where you can enjoy the calming rhythm of working with your hands.

There’ll also be time to rest, wander, chat, enjoy the peaceful surrounds of Clayton Bay and connect with a small group of women.

No yoga or art experience is needed. This isn’t about creating the perfect artwork or mastering yoga poses. It’s about slowing down, trying something new and enjoying the wellbeing that can come from movement, nature and creativity.

Come for the weekend and leave feeling rested, grounded and creatively refreshed.

Cost of retreat: meals and snacks across 3 days & 2 nights, journal, art materials, meditation, yoga, creativity workshops. BYO breakfast.
