Come and share an afternoon, to come together and cultivate empathy, compassion and loving kindness for yourself and other people in your life through yoga, cake and conversation!

Ellen will lead a restorative yoga practice designed to guide you to a deeper connection with your heart.

Restorative yoga involves the centring of your breath and simple movements of your body that allows you to find a stillness within so you can rest in the calm side of your nervous system. It's like going on a yoga retreat in an afternoon!

Afterwards, we’ll share an afternoon tea of indulgent treats, lovingly prepared by Ede.

Then we will sit, eat, laugh and chat.

Come by yourself, or bring someone special. You’ll leave feeling refreshed and with a greater sense of loving kindness to yourself and others.

As we welcome you back to Rest and Digest, to our restorative and nurturing events, please know that like you, we are feeling our way back cautiously into face to face events.

We would like to offer you time to connect deeply with yourself and others. We also want you to feel safe and to be assured that we will be working hard to provide you spaces that are a sanctuary, that are spotlessly clean and are hosted to ensure maximum ability to connect (naturally, within the required guidelines!)
