✨Rest & Reset - Crystal Healing ✨

A session where you can completely rest, relax & rejuvenate! This is a completely unique experience.

Come & treat yourself to time out where you benefit the most by not doing anything!

What to expect: While you lie comfortably and cosy covered in a blanket listening to spa type music, I will place a calming and de-stressing crystal pillow over your eyes and specific crystals on each of your chakra energy points. You will receive a personalized hands on energy healing, clearing your chakras, balancing them and re-energizing them, also realigning, centering and grounding your energy. Leaving you feeling rested, reset and more resourced, with a renewed sense of clarity and energy.
