Refund policy

Within 72 Hours of Booking: If you need to cancel your booking within 72 hours of making your reservation, you will receive a 100% refund minus the processing fee charged by the Humanitix booking platform, provided the cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date. Outside of the 72-Hour Refund Window: Cancellations made more than 72 hours after booking and at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date will qualify for a 50% refund of the total booking amount minus the processing fee charged by Humanitix. Within 30 Days of the Retreat Start Date: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of the retreat start date are non-refundable, except in cases where Australian Consumer Law applies (e.g., major issues or failure to deliver services as advertised). Exceptions: If the retreat is postponed or cancelled by the organiser, participants will be entitled to a full refund or the option to transfer their booking to a new date. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of cancellation confirmation.
