Rest & Restore: A Sound Bath Experience returns this month to Aspire Wellness Studio in La Habra, CA.
Date is set for Friday, June 23rd from 7:30-8:30 PM.
Wellness goes beyond just taking care of our physical andmental body. Our emotional bodies require the same type of treatment as when we give ourselves a spa day, or finding a quiet time to read our favorite book, snuggling by the fireplace. Often times, we are unaware of how good we could actually feel until we make the time and effort to give ourselves that rejuvenation.
With that, we crafted our Rest & Restore Sound Bath experience, giving you the opportunity to ease the mind andheart into a deeply relaxed state. Our sounds baths work with the foundations of music through notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration to create a soothing and serenading meditative experience.
Our sound baths also work to not only bring greater inner clarity and awareness, but also to get in touch with our emotional bodies, the relationship we have with them, and how we can better understand the messages behind them.
Our evening includes an introduction to meditation and mindfulness, a 45 minute guided sound bath meditation, and a closing ceremony to integrate your journey.
doTERRA essential oils are available free of charge to enhance your meditation experience with aromatherapy.
Our meditations are open to anyone with a willingness to create change in their lives and those looking to live a more fulfilled life that comes from their hearts.
Atna will be offering Oracle card readings for this event as well. Feel free to arrive early to receive a reading or receive one after the sound bath concludes.
Cost is $25 a person
Please bring the following for the sound bath:
- Yoga Mat
- Blanket
- Pillow
- Eye Covering
- Cushion to prop the legs up
- Water
- Wear comfortable and loose clothing
*CBD will be available for an additional $10 for those who wish to enhance their sound bath experience. You may choose to add on this option when you purchase your ticket.
