Every third Saturday of the month, Kyle Lam Sound Healing will create a chamber of harmonies and melodies specifically put together to help you immerse yourself in a transformative journey of relaxation and rejuvenation. Join us as we harmonize body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling renewed and recharged.

True wellness goes beyond caring for our physical and mental bodies. Our emotional well-being deserves just as much attention as a spa day or a quiet moment by the fireplace with our favorite book. Often, we overlook how good we could feel until we take the time to provide ourselves with rejuvenation.

At "Rest & Restore," we have crafted a unique sound bath experience to help ease your mind and heart into a deeply relaxed state. Our sound baths embrace the foundations of music—using notes, harmonics, frequency, and vibration—to create a soothing and serenading meditative journey.

Through our sound baths, you can gain greater inner clarity and awareness while connecting with your emotional body, understanding the messages it holds. Whether you are new to sound baths or an experienced meditator, our sessions offer profound experiences for all. All you need to do is lay back, relax, and receive.

Kyle Lam, with over a decade's worth of musical experience and expertise in facilitating healing ceremonies throughout Southern California, is known for curating powerful healing experiences for the community.

Investment:

The cost for this blissful experience is $35 per person | $60 for 2 tickets | $75 for 3 tickets

Optional CBD Enhancement:

For those seeking to deepen their sound bath journey, you can choose to add CBD to your experience for an additional $10.

What to Bring:

To maximize your comfort during the sound bath, kindly bring the following items:

Yoga Mat
Blanket
Pillow
Eye Covering (to enhance the theta experience)
Cushion to prop up your legs
Water
Wear comfortable and loose clothing

Enhance your sound bath experience by renting a blanket or two for additional warmth and comfort. Each blanket is cleaned and disinfected before our events and are convenient for those who wish to come to the sound bath without having the worry of bringing their own set up. We advise renting at least two blankets per person with the addition of a third if you need one to elevate your head.
