Designed to cocoon you from the outside world for rest and sacred devotion to Self. An afternoon of deep replenishment and inspiration.

Begin the afternoon with a grounding meditation, scent and sound therapy and intention setting, followed by restorative yoga and pranayama practice, high vibrational afternoon tea, rest, Reiki and ritual making in preparation for the Spring Equinox.
