I: Resonance – 16th June, 4-5:30 pm

II: Renewal – 30th June, 4-5:30 pm

Winter calls us to turn towards deep rest – to integrate what has come before, and prepare our bodies and hearts for the coming of spring.

Yoga nidra offers us a gateway to honour this call through deep, systematic relaxation.

Through this practice, we can support our bodies to learn to let go into deep, genuinely restorative rest.

This series of twin, 1.5 hour sessions invites you to dive deep into the practice of yoga nidra, offering nourishment and renewal to your whole system.

Each session includes gentle asana to release tension, breathing practices to calm the nervous system, and a 45 minute yoga nidra practice.

You will also be supported through guided journalling and meditation practice to explore a ‘sankalpa’ - an intention for our lives that yoga nidra can plant into our subconscious like a seed, ready to bloom in its time.We will end with tea and space for discussion and integration.

Book for one session or both! The sessions will be stand alone but will offer different pathways into yoga nidra and the sankalpa, and emphasise different aspects of the practice.

1 session: $25; 2 sessions: $40
