This immersive experience guides you into a meditative state through the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and other grounding instruments. As sound moves through the body, the nervous system settles, the mind becomes more spacious, and the body has the opportunity to restore and reset.

Whether you're new to sound healing or already have a self-care practice, this experience offers a supportive space to slow down and receive.

What to Expect:
• 60-minute immersive sound bath experience
• Time to settle in and get comfortable before we begin
• Guided breath and grounding to support relaxation

• A cozy, intentional indoor environment
