Join me on the last day of December, to reflect on the year that was and get clear on how you want to show up for the year to come.

As you step into the serene space, you will hand any distractions (phone!), and gently be guided to tune out from the outside world and tune in to your inner world through meditation, journaling and mindful discussion. Here you will get the chance to SLOW DOWN, SELF-REFLECT and ENVISION the life you want to create for 2024. With this newfound clarity, you will then get the opportunity to INTEGRATE your new commitments by taking a moment to rest and visualise your year ahead in the invigorating air of the steam room. You will finish off in the contrast pools by cleansing and letting go of all that no longer serves you, ready to welcome in the new year with a fresh sense of readiness and aliveness.

Let's finish the year together, intentionally and mindfully.
