No prior breathwork experience is required.

What to Expect

• Guided conscious connected breath (steady, regulating pace)
• Somatic grounding and curated music
• A capped group of 10 for depth and containment
• Integration time to rest, reflect, and recalibrate

There is no forced sharing.
No pressure to perform.
No expectation to “break through” anything.

You move at your own pace.
You remain in choice throughout.
