Event description

Join Rose, an experienced yoga teacher and sound healer in this 2- hour journey of restorative yoga, breathwork and meditation supported by the healing vibrations of the crystal bowls.

Give yourself permission to

  • Release stress and tension from body and mind.
  • Calm the nervous system and mind to move beyond thinking to healing.
  • Enjoy the beautiful healing sounds of the crystal singing bowls while moving stuck energy/emotions.
