Rest, Restore & Heal – The Medicine of Rest

There are times when your heart needs the alchemy and medicine of rest.

Join Rose for a deeply restful Sunday afternoon of restorative yoga and sound healing. This 2.5-hour mini retreat is an invitation to pause, let go of the day’s demands, and make space for yourself.

We’ll move through a series of fully supported restorative backbends, designed to encourage gentle opening through the front of the body and ease tension in the back, shoulders and upper body. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere else you need to be.

Give Yourself Permission To:

Slow down and rest without feeling you should be doing something else
Soften tension through gentle, supported movement
Settle into stillness, breath and sound
Take some time that is just for you

What to Expect

You’ll be guided through restorative yoga poses with plenty of time to settle into each one. Props will support your body so you can find a position that feels comfortable for you.

We’ll then rest with the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other calming instruments before finishing the afternoon with light refreshments and time to gently return to your day.

Who Is This Session For?

This retreat is for anyone who could use a little more rest. You don’t need to be flexible or have any yoga experience.

Come as you are.

What to Bring

Your yoga mat and water bottle
Comfortable clothing
A cushion or blanket of your own if you’d like something familiar for extra comfort

Props will be provided. Please arrive 10 minutes early so you have time to settle before we begin.

I’d love to share this afternoon of rest with you.

Everything else can soften.
