Rest + Rise, a project of EmpowerEd, invites Black educators from across the DMV to an evening of yoga, mindfulness, and community building!

As the calendar year winds to a close, join Black educators to build a practice of rest, relaxation, and wellbeing. Meet other Black educators from across the DMV, or bring a cohort from your school as we support a local, Black-owned yoga studio (and Rest + Rise partner)!

Mats provided, all levels welcome. Just bring yourself and your water bottle!
