This October, we’re taking Rest Club to Magnetic Island.

Join Teegan Nash from Brand of Soul and Kylie Bartlett from Lead Love Leap for an extended afternoon of deep, deep rest.

For two and a half hours, we’ll slow everything down and take you through a layered Rest Club experience weaving together breath, sound healing and frequency, energetics, gentle nervous system practices and spacious periods of deep rest.

More time to arrive.

More time to soften.

More time to experience the practices.

And importantly, more time to simply rest.

All held in the beautiful surrounds of Tamarind Events on Magnetic Island.

Includes Slow Brewed Sticky Chai & Nourishing Treats.

TWO WAYS TO JOIN US

$150 — EVERYTHING PROVIDED

Simply arrive. We’ll have your luxe rest bed, blanket, pillow, bolster, eye pillow and all the usual Rest Club comforts ready for you.

$100 — BYO MAT & Pillow

Bring your own yoga mat & pillow and we’ll provide the remaining Rest Club comforts.

HOW TO PREPARE

Come well hydrated and bring your own water bottle.

Wear something comfortable that allows you to move, lie down and completely relax. We recommend avoiding a rushed arrival if you can — give yourself a little space before and after the experience.

Just come as you are.

Rest Club. Magnetic Island.

A little longer. A little deeper.
