Where words & time have not yet healed the pain of loss, we offer stillness in sounds that soothe the soul to allow for release & transformation through love. 

We invite you to join Resté Sound Healing for a deeply restorative experience designed to ease the emotional weight of grief and loss.

Celeste Barbier will sing with her ethereal vocals expressed not as song, but as sacred sounds that soothe the soul alongside skillfully played and orchestrated sounds of crystal singing bowls, various chimes, heartbeat drumming, and the nurturing sounds of nature, this immersive journey offers space to rest, release, and restore. These sounds are tuned to the frequencies of the body, mind & soul to induce deep healing to support every layer of your being. 

In addition, René Cosby will be using Reiki to channel universal life force through the body’s energy centers—dissolving blockages, overwhelming emotions and gently opening the heart to peace, clarity, and flow & release.

Together, we transform this sanctuary of grief and loss into a sanctuary of renewal and release—where compassion, sound, and energy align to lighten the emotional burden and invite a sense of grace and gratitude through relaxing vibrational sound frequencies. 

This is not a performance. It is a healing space. We offer 22 pews, each offering privacy for participants to lie down and fully receive the healing. A few comfortable chairs and sofas are also available in the back for a total of 25 participants total although you are welcome to sit up or share a pew with a loved one if you choose and feel comfortable to do so. We strongly suggest bringing cozy blankets, pillows, and anything else you need to be warm and comfortable on the wooden benches as you rest into the experience. Perhaps, you could even bring a photo, stuffed animal or a small token that reminds you of a person or pet for whom you are grieving to offer comfort and support in embrace. This is entirely your personal & private experience and you will not be asked to share anything about what you are mourning or anything you are going through unless you feel called to do so after the sound bath.  

Hosted by Resté Sound Healing – Celeste Barbier, Professional Vocalist & Expert Certified Sound Healer, and René Cosby, HHP & Reiki Master – Oceanside locals, in collaboration with Oceanside Mortuary, who has kindly offered this sacred sanctuary for heartfelt healing in our community. 

Important Disclaimer:
This event is not recommended for individuals with pacemakers, heart monitors, epilepsy, or those who are highly sensitive to sound.
Participants must be 16 years or older, and the experience is not suitable for children or anyone who is unable to remain still or lie down quietly for over an hour.
Total event duration is approximately 2 hours, including an opening, closing, and a 1-hour immersive Sound Healing Journey.


This event is in collaboration and partnership with the Oceanside Mortuary who wants to extend their thoughtful funeral and end of life services to the Oceanside Community through supporting events like ours in an effort for community outreach and connection. We are grateful that they have chosen to work with Resté Sound Healing as a way to help heal the hearts of those who are in mourning.
