Resting Inward - An Online Meditation & Kinesiology Journey

Join me from the comfort of your home for guided meditation and listening to your own body.

The purpose of this restful meditation and kinesiology journey is for each of us to rest and move our awareness to the centre of ourselves.

There are an infinite number of ideas, advertisements, influences and impacts that are pulling our focus and energy outward into many directions in the wild worldly seas around us. Take our screens as an example! While we have the opportunity to engage with the world and others in the most loving and intentional ways, it is incredibly hard to do so when we are off our personal centre. Exploring and becoming intimate with our inner terrain and knowing we can rest in this inward space is a resource, and in my opinion an absolute NEED during these times. This is an opportunity to do just that, return to and rest at your centre.

What to Expect

🪽 grounding into the body with somatic techniques and kinesiology practices

🪽 guided meditation and visualisation

🪽 sound and vibrational techniques

🪽 kinesiology journey (in this process you can relax and receive, contemplate, track the energy through your internal landscape as I share information, energy, sound and techniques as requested by the collective energy of our group)

🪽 some moments of silence and rest

How to Prepare

🪽 set up a comfortable and quiet space

🪽 you may want a cup of tea or water nearby

🪽 for the kinesiology journey, you may want to sit or lie down (it will be handy to still have easy view of the screen)

What is Kinesiology?

Kinesiology is a holistic, effective and gentle energy healing modality. In kinesiology we can identify blocks or imbalances in our being and return these to balance with simple yet powerful techniques grounded in Ancient wisdom principles and practise. Energy and it's movement has no limitation by time or space, so online or distance kinesiology is just as powerful as in person work.
