Join Sarah Routhier & Tash Pinter as they co teach weaving ancient methodology, philosophy, mantra, Yoga Nidra, meditation & re-birthing breath-work into an uplifting experience to amplify the emotion of love. When we return to this essence, our whole being re-organises itself into a more coherent state which allows all aspect of the body, both physiological & psychological functions, to repair & heal itself.

Remembering Your Essence ~ Bhakti Flow with pranayama & meditation with live harmonium, mantra & sound healing.

40 minute break with light refreshments provided. time to journal or socialise near the water feature or hibiscus garden.

Fire Yin practice with contemplation & Re-birthing Breath Work with sound healing/ shamanic drums. Yin practice accompanied by Matthew playing the hand-pan.
