Event description

RestOra- meaning resting for your wellbeing.

Is a beautiful sound healing and a guided meditation journey to lower your nervous system, to rest, relax, release and restore your mind, body and soul.

This is a safe sacred container for you to just be and let go and enjoy the sound journey.

Location Keirunga Homestead, Keirunga Creative Arts Venue, Havelock North.

Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. bring yoga mat, blankets and anything else to make your experience comfortable. Props are also provided.

What to expect: A peaceful time in a safe space. Lying down on a mat with a blanket covering you. then be taken on a sound journey hearing an array of different instruments, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, gong, drums, flutes and more led by Aaron Gregory and the guided meditation led by Art Alchemist & yoga teacher Amanda Sowersby.

Duration 1.5 hours.

Herbal tea is offered at the end
