Meet Your Hosts: Aaron Gregory and Amanda Sowersby regularly lead RestOra sessions, creating a safe and nurturing environment. Their intention is to help you heal, reset your mind, body, and spirit, lower your nervous system stress, and leave feeling energetically cleared and lighter. With a harmonious balance of masculine and feminine energies, Aaron and Amanda bring extensive experience and numerous qualifications in workshops, energy work, healing treatments, sound healing, yoga, meditation, art, and more.
