Set yourself up for a joyous weekend

Instead of rushing into the weekend at the same pace as daily life, take an hour to pause, breathe properly and reconnect with your body and mind.

This restorative breathwork class is an invitation to slow down, reset your nervous system and create space for the weekend ahead. Through a sequence of gentle but powerful intentional breath flows, we’ll shift attention away from the noise of everyday life and back into the body.

Your breath is closely connected to your autonomic nervous system — the system responsible for regulating things like heart rate, breathing, stress responses and recovery. By consciously slowing and deepening the breath, we can influence this system and support a shift towards the parasympathetic, or “rest and restore”, state.

Combined with the soothing effects of sound and guided meditation, this creates an opportunity to release physical tension, quieten a busy mind and reconnect with a deeper sense of calm.

A restorative breathwork class is a reset for your body and mind — a chance to put down whatever you’ve been carrying from the week and begin your weekend feeling more grounded, present and restored.
