A restorative sound healing evening designed to recalibrate, reset, and settle you into deep rest.

Welcome to Restorative Breathwork & Sound Healing Session ✨

This session offers a grounded, embodied approach to deep rest through movement, breath, stillness, and sound.

We’ll gently shift out of the noise of the week and into the body, using simple movement, guided breathwork, and supported rest.
Crystal bowls will accompany the process, offering a calm, spacious resonance that supports you from the inside out.

The intention is to create space for the body to soften, the mind to quieten, and your system to settle, while the sound carries you into a deeper state of rest.

This space is for anyone feeling under pressure, overloaded, or simply ready for a deeper kind of rest. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, clearer, and better resourced for the days ahead.

During the session, you’ll be guided through:
✔️ Gentle movements to ease you out of the day and into your body
✔️ Breathwork that steadies your internal rhythm
✔️ Restorative stillness supported by props and presence
✔️ The sound of crystal bowls to support and deepen rest

What You’ll Take Away:

✅ A felt sense of calm and internal spaciousness

✅ A chance to reset without pressure or performance

✅ Quiet strength you can carry back into the next week

You don’t need to bring anything but yourself.
Mats, bolsters, and eye pillows will be provided. If there’s anything additional that helps you feel more comfortable, you’re welcome to bring it. No experience is needed.

It can also be offered as a gift, a simple way to give someone space to rest, reset, and be looked after for a few hours.
